1-on-1 In Person Coaching.

Our trainers — your coaches — create the foundation for your success from day one. Each 1-on-1 session is with a highly knowledgable fitness professional, by appointment, and scheduled on a recurring basis. Every visit includes a safe, expert-led individualized workout with support, education and accountability.

 

Digital Coaching.

All daily workouts are uploaded, by an experienced coach, to a Google Sheets document which is easily accessible to members on their phone in the gym. Changes made to these workouts occur in ‘real time’ and are made monthly according to each members’ progress and individual goals.

This membership option exists for those who still desire the structure, accountability and expertise of one of our knowledgable coaches in lieu of 1 on 1 in person coaching.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Small Group Personal Training combines the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the motivational energy of a group setting.
